Market opened with a weaker note with NSE Nifty opened below 5400
level due to weak global cues. Intraday Tips.
BSE benchmark Sensex also declined to 17,798.84 and NSE Benchmark at
5,392.25. The CNX Midcap Index was down 16 points to 7,233. Reliance
Industries, Infosys, JP Associates, Reliance Infrastructure, Tata
Motors, Sterlite, Tata Steel, Axis Bank were under pressure. Infosys
contributed fall of 12.98 points in BSE benchmark and was followed by
Reliance Industries and L&T. Among the major Gainers in Sensex
were Bharti Airtel, coal India, Maruti Suzuki, Jindal Steel &
Power.
