Stock Market Analysis and Tips for Tommorow, 11th April 2012

The Indian Stock market closed in green and tried to pull back after yesterday's downfall. Due to traders interest in last minutes trading paper and rice stocks gained significantly. There was a good support from FMCG, auto, banking, realty to the indices while some tried to pull indices down like IT, capital goods, metal and oil & gas.

Sensex closed at 17244 up 22 points from previous close and Nifty closed at 5244 up 9 points. The CNX Midcap index closed with 0.4% loss while BSE Smallcap index was down by 0.1%.

The market breadth was negative with advances at 624 against declines of 780 on the NSE.

Tata Power, Reliance Communications, Tata Motors and Kotak Mahindra Bank.

BHEL, Ambuja Cements, Ranbaxy and Gail.

Stock Tips for Tommorow

-Tatapower Buy call above 105 Stop Loss below 102 Target 108-111.

-Prajind Sell cal below 72 Stop Loss above 74 and Target 70-68.

-Corporation Bank Buy call with short term target of 580 and Stop Loss of 420.

-Adani Power Ltd. Buy call with short term target of 75 and Stop Loss of 69.25.

Todays Market Closing Report - 06th January 2012

It was a flat day for the Indian market which opened up in the red but closed off the lows of the day and in the green. Metals, autos, FMCG and banking stocks aided in the pullback rally which helped the Nifty climb up again above 4700 after a brief move below it. The broader markets were, however, flat in trade for most part. Sensex shut shop at 15867, up 10 points and Nifty at 4754, up 4 points from the previous close. CNX Midcap index was down 0.3% and BSE Smallcap index was up 0.02%. The market breadth was negative with advances at 616 against declines of 658 on the NSE. Top Nifty gainers were Rcom, Reliance Infrastructure and BPCL while losers included Hero MotoCorp, Bharti Airtel and Jaiprakash Associates.
