Indian Stock Market Trend & Tips for Today, 17th April

Indian Stock Market Trend : The Indian Stock market opens on a soft note ahead of RBI credit policy. Sensex currently trading at 17141 down 9 points from its previous close and Nifty trading at 5221 down from 4 points.

CNX Midcap index is up from 0.1% and BSE Smallcap is up from 0.2%. The breadth of market is positive with advances at 359 against declines of 268 on the NSE.

Axis Bank and PNB moved up by 1.5%, Kotak, ICICI, were up from 0.5-0.9%. Bajaj Auto were up from 0.9% and 0.4%. Stocks of HDFC, ONGC, Coal India, Hindal were down from 0.2-1%.

-Tata Motors Ltd. BUY call with Intraday Target of 310 and Stop loss of 296.

-SBI SELL call with Intraday Target of 2262.

-Reilance Communications Ltd. Intraday Target of 87 and Stop Loss of 85.

Intraday Stock Tips & Trend for 17th April 2012

Stock Market Trend : Today Indian Stock markets closed with moderate gains. Tata morots, auto gained significantly and capital goods, realty, capital goods also gave good support to the market. IT and Tech were the worst performers in today's session and infosys dragged the market down.

Sensex closed at 17151 up 56 points from previous close and Nifty closed at 5226 up 19 points while the CNX Midcap index closed with 0.3% gain while the BSE smallcap was up by 0.6% in today's trading session. The market breadth was positive with advances at 819 against declines of 619 on the NSE.
